PAUL SOUZA - LEAD VOCALS
Paul is the driving frontman of NU80. With over 30 years of experience in the music and recording industry, Paul has a wide vocal range that covers multiple styles and genres. He is a veteran songwriter and vocalist who has been signed to 3 major label recording deals. Paul has performed in countless venues of all sizes, including Madison Square Garden, Foxboro Stadium, Comcast Center, Grant Park, B.B. King’s, Birdland, Showcase Live and more. He has a music catalog of over 300 written and recorded original songs. Paul has shared the stage supporting such artists as Santana, Cheap Trick, Eddie Money, Rick Springfield, Alice Cooper, Jackson Browne, Natalie Merchant, Bruce Hornesby, Willie Nelson, The Romantics, Anthrax, Alice In Chains, and many more.
JOHNNY RABB - DRUMS
Besides being the backbeat of NU80, Johnny is also the drummer of the rock band Collective Soul. He is also worked in many facets of the music industry. Johnny has toured with country artists Tanya Tucker, Hank Williams III, SheDaisy, Mindy McCready and Deana Carter; Big Band legend Maynard Ferguson; and fusion artists Alain Caron and Frank Gambale. He has traveled worldwide conducting countless clinics and master classes, including the Montreal Drumfest, PASIC, Musik Messe, MEINL Drum Festival, Drummer Fest (Belgium), Australia’s Ultimate Drummer’s Weekend, KOSA and RHYTHM.
NATE GRAY - BASS
Nate has been playing professionally since 1998.He has shared the stage with One Republic, Van Halen, Black Sabbath among other notables. Nate has toured and recorded with Josh Kaufman (Season 6 Winner of THE VOICE) His unique and original style is influenced by many of the great '80s bassists, including: John Taylor, Sting, Mark King, Adam Clayton and many others.
JOE HARRISON - GUITAR / KEYBOARDS
Joe is the musical mastermind behind NU80's modern day presentation of a retro sound. His arranging skills and musical acumen are the backbone of the band's original sound and provide the framework for NU80's live ultimate musical experience. Joe's musical prowess has enabled him to share the stage with such greats as Tom Petty, Ben Harper, Big Data, 311, Midnight, O.A.R., Herbie Hancock, Black Crows, Gomez, My Morning Jacket, Damien Jr. Gong Marley, Whodini and many more.
